What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your Pilates Reformers?

We are highly supportive of startup studios! You can place an order with an MOQ of just 1 unit and still get your custom studio Logo applied to the equipment. If you are looking for deep, private-label customization (specific colors, specialized materials, etc.), our MOQ is only 5 units.

Can I customize the materials and resistance of the reformer?

Yes, customization is our core strength.

Frames: Choose from Aluminum alloy, Maple, Beech, Oak, Rubberwood, or Walnut.
Thickness: Upgrade from our standard 28mm wood thickness to a heavy-duty 35mm.
Springs & Rails: Customize the spring resistance (our standard is 3 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Yellow using Korean-imported piano wire) and choose between aluminum or stainless steel rails.

Are the reformers difficult to assemble? Do you provide instructions?

Not at all. We understand that you want to focus on your clients, not on complicated mechanics. Our reformers are engineered for user-friendly assembly. We provide highly detailed installation videos and responsive online support to guide you or your team through the setup process step-by-step.

What is your warranty policy?
